The Building Maintenance Department provides custodial and maintenance services to Union County Court House and other county-owned facilities and offices. Among other responsibilities, the Building Maintenance department provides preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and interior/exterior repairs and renovations. The Building Supervisor is responsible for overseeing contractors  performing work on county buildings. He also works with risk management to identify and correct potential safety hazards.
